🔄 Returns & Exchanges Policy

⏱️ Eligibility & Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges for items received within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

📦 Return Shipping Costs

For Customer Preference Returns (e.g., change of mind, color choice), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. This allows us to focus our resources on product quality and customer service.

For Defective or Incorrect Items, we will gladly provide a pre-paid return label.

✅ Processing Your Return

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
