The ThermoSnug Challenge

Effective: [START DATE] – [END DATE]. Sponsor: ThermoSnug (“Sponsor”). By entering, you agree to these Official Rules.

1. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18 years or older at the time of entry and who have purchased a ThermoSnug, except where a free giveaway entry applies under Section 8. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate families are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

2. Challenge Period

The Challenge begins on [START DATE] and ends at 11:59 PM ET on [END DATE]. Videos must be posted and submitted within this period.

3. How to Enter

  1. Create an original video featuring your ThermoSnug.
  2. Post it publicly on TikTok or Instagram.
  3. Tag Sponsor's official account and include #ThermoSnugChallenge and #ad in the caption.
  4. Submit your video link to hello@thermosnug.com with the email address used on your ThermoSnug order.

Your account must remain public through verification. Limit of one reward-eligible entry per person per Challenge period; additional videos are welcome but only your highest-performing submitted video counts toward a reward.

4. Advertising Disclosure (#ad)

Because rewards are offered in exchange for posts, every entry must clearly include #ad in the caption in accordance with FTC and Ad Standards guidance. Entries missing #ad are ineligible and cannot be retroactively qualified.

5. View Counting

Views are measured on the platform's public view counter exactly 30 days after the video's posting date, as verified by Sponsor. Views must be organic. Purchased views, bots, engagement pods, view exchanges, or any artificial inflation will disqualify the entry at Sponsor's sole discretion.

6. Rewards

  • 10,000+ views: 15% refund of the ThermoSnug purchase price.
  • 50,000+ views: 50% refund of the ThermoSnug purchase price.
  • 100,000+ views: 100% refund of the ThermoSnug purchase price.

Reward tiers do not stack; entrants earn the single highest tier achieved. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of verification and apply to the product price only (excluding shipping, taxes, and duties). One reward per person, household, and order per Challenge period.

7. Verification

To claim a reward, entrants must retain their video at a public setting through the 30-day count date and respond to Sponsor's verification request within 7 days. Sponsor may request screen recordings or analytics screenshots.

8. Monthly Giveaway — No Purchase Necessary

Each valid Challenge entry is automatically entered into that month's random draw for one (1) complete ThermoSnug set (approximate retail value $89.99 USD). No purchase necessary for the giveaway: to enter without a purchase or post, email hello@thermosnug.com with the subject “Giveaway Entry” and your full name during the entry month. One giveaway entry per person per month. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Winner will be contacted by email and announced on Sponsor's social channels after confirmation.

9. Content License

By submitting, you grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to repost, embed, and use your video and handle in Sponsor's marketing, with credit. You confirm the content is your original work, does not infringe any third-party rights, features no music or clips you lack rights to, and is family-friendly.

10. Disqualification

Sponsor may disqualify entries that are late, incomplete, missing required tags, artificially inflated, offensive, unsafe, misleading about the product, or that otherwise violate these Rules or platform terms.

11. Taxes

Any tax obligations arising from rewards or prizes are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

12. Not Sponsored by the Platforms

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok or Instagram. You release both platforms from any liability related to this Challenge.

13. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants release Sponsor from any claims arising out of participation in the Challenge or use of any reward, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

14. Privacy

Information submitted is used solely to administer the Challenge and giveaway in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes & Contact
