Open to legal residents of the United States and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Rewards under Section 6 require a ThermoSnug purchase; the giveaway under Section 8 does not. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate families are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
The Challenge begins on [START DATE] and ends at 11:59 PM ET on [END DATE]. Videos must be posted and submitted within this period.
Your account and video must remain public through verification. One entry per ThermoSnug purchased. Additional videos are welcome, but only one submitted video per product purchased counts toward a reward.
Because rewards are offered in exchange for posts, every entry must clearly include #ad in the caption in accordance with FTC and Ad Standards guidance. Entries missing #ad are ineligible and cannot be retroactively qualified.
Views are measured on the platform's public view counter exactly 30 days after the video's posting date, as verified by Sponsor. That count is final. Views must be organic. Purchased views, bots, engagement pods, view exchanges, or any artificial inflation will disqualify the entry at Sponsor's sole discretion.
Reward tiers do not stack; each entry earns the single highest tier reached. Discount rewards are issued as a single-use code by email within 14 business days of verification, apply to the product price only (excluding shipping, taxes and duties), have no cash value, and cannot be combined with other discount codes. Skin rewards are shipped free of charge to the address on the original order, subject to availability; Sponsor may substitute a skin of equal or greater value.
To claim a reward, entrants must keep their video public through the 30-day count date and respond to Sponsor's verification request within 7 days. Sponsor may request screen recordings or analytics screenshots.
Every valid Challenge entry is automatically entered into a random draw for one (1) complete ThermoSnug set of the winner's choice (approximate retail value $89.99 USD). Draws are held monthly during the Challenge Period. No purchase necessary: to enter without a purchase or post, email support@thermosnug.com with the subject “Giveaway Entry” and your full name during the entry month. One no-purchase entry per person per month. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Canadian residents selected as winners must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question before being declared a winner. Winners will be contacted by email and announced on Sponsor's social channels after confirmation.
By submitting, you grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to repost, embed, and use your video and handle in Sponsor's marketing, with credit. You confirm the content is your original work, does not infringe any third-party rights, features no music or clips you lack rights to, and is family-friendly.
Sponsor may disqualify entries that are late, incomplete, missing required tags, artificially inflated, offensive, unsafe, misleading about the product, or that otherwise violate these Rules or platform terms.
Any tax obligations arising from rewards or prizes are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok or Instagram. You release both platforms from any liability related to this Challenge.
By participating, entrants release Sponsor from any claims arising out of participation in the Challenge or use of any reward, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
