Where we ship: We ship to the United States and Canada.

Shipping costs

• Free standard shipping on orders over $100 USD ($140CAD in Canada).
• Email subscribers: free standard shipping on their first order (any amount), and on every order over $50 USD ($70 CAD in Canada) after that, using the email address they signed up with.
• All other orders: the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Free-shipping offers apply to the order subtotal before taxes, can't be combined with other shipping discounts, and may change or end at any time; changes won't affect orders already placed.

Processing and delivery: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after they ship. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays and weather can extend them.

Tracking: You'll get a tracking link by email when your order ships.

Lost, stolen or delayed packages: If tracking hasn't moved for 7 days, or your package shows as delivered but you can't find it, email support@thermosnug.com within 30 days of the ship date and we'll work with the carrier to sort it out.

Address changes: Email support@thermosnug.com as soon as possible. We can only change an address before the order ships. Please double-check your address at checkout — we're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

Battery shipping: ThermoSnug contains a lithium-ion battery, so it ships by ground/standard methods only.
